Stephen Hart

Stephen G. Hart is an experienced executive coach and leadership consultant whose career includes a distinguished tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. There, he led leadership development initiatives, supported organizational transformation, and helped senior leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Now a Senior Consultant with The Professional Development Group, Steve works with executives across industries to strengthen leadership effectiveness, foster collaboration, and build cultures of trust. He is known for his practical, insight-driven approach to coaching and facilitation—empowering leaders to lead with greater self-awareness, strategic focus, and impact. Steve holds an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from LaSalle University, and a teaching certification from the University of Durham in the U.K. He is also a Leadership Fellow of Leadership Philadelphia and a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking.
